KUHL hiking pants

Hey man this looks really Kuhl

Fun fact: ‘Kühl’ is the German word for ‘cool’, as in ‘not quite cold’. However, to express one’s moderate admiration for something or someone, Germans use the English lean word ‘cool’ in the same manner as anglophones do.

They seem to have gone downhill in quality over the last 4 years or so. They’re great when new but seem to wear out faster. At least the lighter weight ones. I can’t remember if it was Free Ryder or Revolver but the heavier ones are better, but too heavy for non-winter hiking

@Maxwell
I’m curious about your experience with them getting worse over the last few years? What’s your experience been like?

That’s a great deal.

I have two pairs. Good stuff. Only thing to watch out for is don’t wear cotton on hikes. Especially long ones.

Kuhl story, bro :stuck_out_tongue:

Where did you find them

Kuhl renegade are great. The fabric is very similar to Pertex Equilibrium and it does well in cold and warm weather hiking.

That is an amazing deal. If you don’t want them pm me and I’ll Venmo you to buy them and ship them to me :joy:

Solid deal! Great pants and love the brand for all that they offer. They slowly are taking over my closet :sweat_smile:

They’re durable. I do landscaping and wear the renegade cargo convertibles daily. Probably marked down because I fell in love with them so now they have to discontinue them.

Kuhl is pretty much all I wear. The fit is good for me and they are comfortable and durable. You scored on this one!

Got a great deal on those pants, durable, comfy pants and shorts.

A guy I used to work with was friends with the founders and said they were great people. I had a pair of the revolvr pants and a pair of long shorts that hit halfway down my shins. (I’m 180cm) They both lasted over 10 years of travel across 3 continents. 100% recommend.

Great find! I have a LOT of kuhl pants. I got a couple of pairs, realized I love em, and then stocked up. Currently, I’m trying to find 32x30 to replace all of my 34" waist pants. I’ll have to check my local REI, I guess.

Those are killer pants. My go-to for hiking and traveling!

Have those same pants. They’re excellent

I’ve worn the same pair for many years and I love them. I hike a lot and they’re still going strong!

Where did you get them from?
