Need an extension tube for my hydration system - help?

So I’ve got the Osprey Hydraulics LT reservoir, and I’m realizing the hose isn’t long enough for me when I’ve got my pack loaded up. Any idea where I can find a longer tube or extension for it? Appreciate any tips…

Check REI or Amazon for hydration system accessories. Pretty sure Osprey has some compatible hose extensions too.

I had the same issue with my Camelbak. What I did was buy a generic hose that fits most hydration systems. Found it on eBay actually, and it was way cheaper than the brand-name ones.

eBay, huh? Was it a solid fit? I’m always a little skeptical with generic stuff, but if it works, I’m down to try it.

If you’re into DIY, you could grab some food-grade tubing from a hardware store. It might not be as sleek as Osprey’s official stuff, but it’s way cheaper and you can cut it to whatever length you need.

I don’t think you need to stick with Osprey-specific tubes. I mix and match brands for all my gear. I’ve got a Source Outdoor hose on my Osprey reservoir. No issues so far.

I’m not super picky about brands either. I found a long hose at a local outdoor shop, didn’t even check the brand honestly. Just made sure it fit and called it a day.
