Assuming it gets below freezing, consider carrying an extra Ziploc bag for your water filter to keep it from freezing overnight. Also, ensure 2 liters of water capacity is sufficient for your needs.

Don’t forget to plan for resupply points.
Pack some flip flops or sandals for camp to rest your feet after a day of hiking.
Consider camp shoes, and ensure your sleeping mat has adequate R-value for the temperatures you’ll face. Are you equipped for camping on snow?
