I’ve got a pretty big problem – literally. I’m a size 15 in men’s shoes, and finding good trail runners or hiking shoes with a roomy toe box is turning into a nightmare. Been using the Xero Mesa Trail II, and they’ve been great for flexibility, but after some gnarly rocky trails here in Colorado, my feet are feeling wrecked. I need something with more cushion and protection, but every time I check out brands like Altra or Saucony, nothing’s in stock in my size. Anyone have any suggestions?
Check out Merrell Moab 3. They run wide and have solid cushioning without being too bulky. Plus, they might have your size if you check directly on their site.
Do they breathe well? My feet tend to get pretty sweaty on long hikes, so I need something that doesn’t trap heat.
Definately, yeah sure.
Keen Targhee III have a roomy toe box and offer pretty solid protection from rough terrain. They’re not super lightweight but gives more durability.
Bro, have you tried Hoka One One? My brother’s also a size 15. They’ve got amazing cushioning for long hikes tbh.
If you’re cool with a bit more weight, you might want to try Salomon X Ultra 4. Not as wide in the toe box as some of the others mentioned here, but the cushion is top-tier.
I guess someone already did mention the Hoka One One Kaha Hiking Boots.

I’d go with the Altra Timp 4 if you can ever catch them in stock.
